    The User is solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and use of the content generated through the platform. Omni AI acts as a technological assistance tool, without issuing medical opinion or validation. The healthcare professional must verify and validate the information before clinical use.

    3. Proper Use

    The User agrees to:

    • Use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with current regulations.
    • Not attempt unauthorized access to the platform or violate its security measures.
    • Not use the platform to process sensitive patient data without appropriate authorizations.

    4. Intellectual Property

    The platform, including its code, design, logos, and content, are the property of Omni AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The User does not acquire any ownership rights over the software or associated materials.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Omni AI will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Uninterrupted availability or absence of errors is not guaranteed. The User exempts Omni AI from liability against third-party claims arising from improper use of the platform.

    6. Suspension and Termination

    Omni AI reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the service in case of breach of these Terms or improper use of the platform, without prior notice or any liability.

    7. Modifications

    8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Córdoba Capital, with the User waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
