    The Platform processes audio dictated by medical professionals for the purpose of generating structured clinical reports. The processing flow is as follows:

    • Dictated audio is transcribed via an external speech-recognition provider and is deleted immediately after the transcription is generated.
    • The resulting transcription is retained only during active report processing and is automatically deleted once a new dictation is generated.
    • The final report is generated by a proprietary clinical processing engine that structures the content according to each institution's protocols.
    • No data from this flow (audio or transcription) is permanently stored by Omnimed AI.

    3. Access Data

    Each authorized physician accesses the Platform using a user identifier composed of their initials and the name of their institution. This identifier constitutes pseudonymized personal data and is treated with the same safeguards as the other personal data described in this policy.

    4. Data Sub-processors

    To provide the service, Omnimed AI uses the following external providers, which process data on our behalf:

    • ElevenLabs, for speech-to-text transcription.
    • Google (Gemini), for generating the final structured report.

    Data is processed exclusively for:

    • Generating the structured clinical report from the physician's dictation.
    • Enabling authorized access for physicians and institutions to the Platform.
    • Billing and usage control, through aggregated metrics that contain no identifiable clinical content.
